Can we Change the A Record?

You can’t change A records on free hosting. The only way to connect a subdomain of your domain (and not the domain itself or www as free hosting is intended to not point your domain to a different hosting), if you don’t use other DNS management tools (like Cloudflare), is to add a CNAME record that points to the hostname that points to the IP you want to point; if you don’t remember the hostname you can do a reverse IP lookup, making sure the hostname also points to the IP address, and if there is no hostname for the IP you’re about to point you have no other choice than to use another DNS management tool for your domain if it’s not a free subdomain of ours.
