Check client area for reason for suspension.
If it is just normal suspension, just wait 24 hours for it to lift.
Else raise support ticket

No, it isn’t.
I checked your account and it’s active and has never been suspended. I also checked your website and it’s working fine from here.
If you’re having issues with your website, could please please clarify 1) which website you’re having problems with and 2) what exactly you see? Please try to avoid asking for help with for what you think may be the cause when it actually isn’t.
If your account is suspended, you can see it has the Suspended status in the client area. If it doesn’t say Suspended there, you can be pretty confident that your account is not suspended.

in controlpanel status is active but when I call URL educationforall1400.epizy.com it shows below error : This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in educationforall1400.epizy.com.
