@Admin, to prevent getting Suspended/Banned again: I registered fish.ct.ws ok, and I am planning to register blob.fish.ct.ws. The Account will have 4 Domains in it. Is this Illegal/against anything?

Yes, having a few domains is fine.
What you did before, with claiming hundreds of subdomains for the main purpose of just hoarding them, is not OK. And there should have been a limit of 50 subdomains per account, which was broken then but should be fixed now.
The rule of thumb is that you’re free to have as many subdomains as you want, as long as you are actually using them for legitimate purposes. So not just to hold on to them, and not to use them for spam sites.
If you keep that in mind, you’re free to use as many subdomains as you need.
