How many sites allowed per person?
Only three?
Or it’s possible to make three infiityfree accounts with 3 sites in each (total 9 sites)?

You get 3 hosting account, where each account allows for unlimited websites to be hosted within.
So 3 * unlimited = unlimited sites.
Other fair usage limits still applies.
What about non-premium account?
I’m talking about the free account.
Just keep in mind that free hosting gives you 5GB of space
So the total space used by all your sites cannot exceed 5GB
You’ll probably hit the inode limit before hitting the disk space limit 
You can have up to three free hosting accounts. However, there are not really any fixed limits on how many sites you can host on a single hosting account.
The only real limit for websites is that you can only have 50 subdomains. But even then, addon domains and parked domains are not limited.
There will be practical limits that affect how many websites you can host, like the traffic limits and storage limits. But it depends on the websites you’re looking to setup as for what the limit will actually be for you.
