How do i use zip files with filezilla

okay so im stupid so can you explain this how can i upload zip files to build my website, i have a website but the thing i built it with i cant export it in html so i need to do it with zip but idk how

Extract the zip on your computer (if you don’t know how to do that, Google it)
then just drag-and-drop the files from your pc to the server with FileZilla
