How do I setup email for my domain?

Hi,

I have registered a daomain named www.mentalism.cu.cc and set up hosting in infinityfree but I can’t setup email for my domain like [email protected] or [email protected]. I have created the email accounts in cpanel. But no email is arriving on the email. Please help.

Hello @binayak87. Please go to your MX records page and set a MX record to mentalism.cu.cc and for now set MX record priority for your domain to 10. This is required in order to be able to receive mail throught your e-mail!

We had some technical problems with the MX records. This has been resolved, can you please check if everything works now?

Yeah but I am receiving email only if I use the email forwarders. Please help me to receive the email so that I can use it for newsletter subscriptions. Can you help me do that so?

You can setup a mail address as a forwarder or a mailbox. What do you want to do for your newsletters?

What are you trying to do exactly?

I’ve just tried to setup a mailbox on your account and test it, and everything seemed to work fine. The error message implies that you are trying to use our mail server to send e-mail for your own domain. That’s unfortunately not supported on our free hosting, you will need to upgrade your account if you need remote SMTP access.
