How do I redirect from http to https?

Dear Sir,

I would like to ask how can I redirect my domain from HTTP to HTTPS?
Suppose I need to redirect the domain from www.webcodingarea.com to https://www.webcodingarea.com.
I am using your cpanel. However, I am pointing the nameservers of cloudflare.
I tried to use in the cpanel an error occured that the site has too redirects.
Is their a way to do it on cloudflare?
