How do i know if i have been replied to in my support ticket?

If you don’t do anything, your account will be deleted automatically after 60 days. Accounts cannot be deleted earlier on request.

They’ll send you an email notification, or you can click on tickets time by time.

Don’t forget to smash green button

Once the ticket is created, the “Create Ticket” button will be replaced with a “View Ticket” button. You can also view any tickets created related to an account through the Deactivation History menu.

And like others have said, you’ll get email notifications when there are replies.
