How do I get cname records to work

hi i cant do the CNAME records because it comes up with “illegal characters in source hostname”
I’ve looked at the support page and I still have no idea what to do any help?

Other Information

I’m using GoGetSSL and I have looked at many tutorials on youtube and they don’t fix my problem.

Can you please screenshot the CNAME forum with the info typed in, but before you hit submit?

That looks right. Just make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the text in both fields.

I tried it again and checked for extra spaces and it seems that was the problem many thanks
