How do I exactly enable Cloudflare

Hi. How do I exactly enable cloudflare? so I press alter cloudflare but where does it go from there. do i need to add add cloudflare nameservers to my domain or will this be done automatically and all i have to do is add the domain to cloudflare?

thanks but do i delete the infinityfree nameservers? or add the 2 from cloudflare ALSO which would make me have 4 nameservers

Remove the 2 InfinityFree ones and leave only the 2 CloudFlare ones (there only needs to be the 2 CloudFlare nameservers). It is in the tutorial.
