You can modify some DNS settings (Like SPF, TXT) from the control panel on your free subdomain if you want.
For your sitemap, make sure you saved it properly.

Everything is fine with the sitemap
rather, the protection system blocks bots and websites (tools) which are unable to store cookies and run javascript.
That’s why checking the sitemap via some website (tool) doesn’t work for you
(e.g. free online sitemap generator dot com)
Note that all major search engines are allowed, like Google,so you don’t have to worry about that.
