Hi there, I am a beginner and I don’t know which one is my domain, and I have been uploading files with FTP to “my site”. When i go into my account, it says domain and jflores.rf.gd is there but whenever I click it, it just opens up a new tab on the same page even though I have uploaded my file with FTP also my file name is ‘index.htm’ I dont know if i should name it different.
I will leave a screenshot of the file manager here. Any help will be appreciated! 
Your site seems to work fine for me.
Using the .htm file extension is perfectly fine. For your homepage, the server looks for index.html first, but will also serve index.htm or index.php if you have that instead.

@lgsusss, please reset your FTP password. When sharing a screenshot of the FTP, remove the URL bar from the screenshot. Anyone could type that into their browser and get access to your FTP account.

Does it mean Igsusss’s domain has past 72 hours, then the url become accessible ?
I’m not sure what you are talking about. The website is working and should just keep working.
