How can we use SSH?

HI how can we upload our website files securely? ie encrypted

SSH is not avaliable on free hosting. Please consider getting a premium hosting instead.

Our FTP server, ftpupload.net, has a TLS certificate installed so your files are sent securely over the FTPS protocol (not SFTP, which is built on ssh). As long as you use that hostname and make sure that everything is using a certificate, your data will be securely sent.
