How can i fix error 403 for my js file?

It shows 403 but I need to allow access on that specific file to connect to my socket webserver. That is the only step hindering me from hosting my website. Any tips how to allow access on specific files? Because it is always saying CORB (Cross Origin Read Block) because of the error 403

so would upgrading my account to premium will allow me to fetch API request from my webserver?

Premium hosting does not have that restriction, but I would ask support.iFastNet.com to be 100% sure, be sure to provide more information about what exactly you are doing so you can get an accurate response from them.
