You can use the “SPF” section of the control panel. Behind the ‘curtain’, SPF and TXT records are the same.

I remembered that you cannot setup TXT records on a free subdomain. But please follow Greenreader9’s advice first, and if it didn’t work, consider getting a top level domain.
JxstErg1 has been suggesting eu.org all the time, but choose that only if you can bear a really long waiting time, or you really didn’t want to spend any money.
