How can i delete my account or ftp account

I try to delete my account and It got stuck now, and I can’t do anything to my domain name because I cant delete my account or FTP account, so can anyone help me to delete the account. Thank you

There is no way to delete a hosting account yourself, but you can make it so that it will be deleted automatically after some time. You can do that through the Account Settings.

Then how can i change my infinityfree ftp account to other hosting company ftp account?

FTP accounts cannot be moved to another company. FTP accounts are always linked to a specific hosting server or service. Sometimes, it’s possible to recreate an FTP account on another service with the same username and password, but this does not affect the original FTP account on the original server.
