you can’t. its a hard and fast limitation of the free account (I don’t know about premium hosting)
from this thread:
given that 5gb is the total size limit, youd hit that pretty quickly with files that size.
can I ask why you need that large a file for webhosting? If its for visiters to download or stream, that goes against the TOS, and you’ll be better uploading those big files to another service, and embedding them in your site (which is allowed)
