How can I access Error Logs?

So since I don’t have access to /var/log/apache2/, then how can I access error logs?
Because in the cPanel/vPanel, when I visit the ‘Error Logs’ option, it’s broken…
(also the error logs button is hidden in the vPanel… is it because it’s broken?)

There is no day… and this site has been up for 2 months or so

And when I click download…

how do I see error logs?
They could be useful, because sometimes I have problems with my site, and when I ask, they say to post the error log…

Well yes, clearly if it was removed from the Vista Panel, then you aren’t meant to find it.
