I am getting a 403 Forbidden error on my website glowdrive.infinityfreeapp.com even for a simple test.php file containing only <?php echo "hello"; ?>. My account is if0_42107025, created on June 9 2026. Files are correctly uploaded to htdocs. Please help.

1. Files are correctly in /glowdrive.infinityfreeapp.com/htdocs
2. index.php exists at the root, correctly named
3. No blocked keywords (chat/includes) in any file or folder names
4. The system .htaccess file is unedited and contains no deny/allow rules

Even a single test file containing only <?php echo "hello"; ?> returns 403. This suggests an account-level block on if0_42107025, created June 9 2026. Please check if my account has a security hold or pending review."

That doesn’t seem to be the case:

A quick peek in the file manager tells me that there is no file at all in the folder of your website, just an empty subfolder.
