Hosting Support

Hello InfinityFree Support Team,

I am the owner of the website: https://pcf.great-site.net

Unfortunately, I forgot the exact Gmail address used to register this hosting account.

However, I remember that the email was something like:

forhadhossain****@gmail.com

There were some numbers at the end of the email address, but I cannot remember the exact digits.

I still remember the account password.

To prove ownership, please note that the website contains:

- My personal photo

- My full name

- My personal email address

- My phone number

- My Facebook profile link

All these details clearly belong to me and can be used for verification.

For privacy and security reasons, I kindly request your assistance in identifying the registered email address associated with this hosting account, or providing a way to recover .

Simply go to the password reset page. There should be an option to recover your account with a domain name. Not that you should actually reset the password but this will send an email to your registered address and should help you finding the correct email.

Just FYI: the actual email address does not match the pattern you shared here. You’re correct that it ends with a sequence of numbers, but the prefix is different.

Also, what password do you remember exactly? Because the profile in question is only configured with Google authentication, not password authentication.

Hello,

I no longer have access to any of my previous Gmail accounts because my phone was reset and I lost all saved accounts.

However, I am the original owner of pcf.great-site.net. The website contains my personal photos, name, email address and social media links.

I understand that you cannot disclose the registered email address.

In that case, is there any alternative verification method I can use to prove ownership?

For example, I can confirm file names, account creation date, or other details related to the hosting account.

Please guide me on what information I can provide to verify ownership.

Thank you.

The information you can provide to prove your ownership is a valid login with the associated Google account.

That’s it. There is no alternative.

Knowing some circumstantial data about the account does not prove ownership. The email address you provided earlier didn’t actually match the one on file, which illustrates exactly why we can’t rely on this kind of verification. It raises too many questions about how much information is sufficient, how specific answers need to be, and how many incorrect guesses should be allowed. We need a clear, reliable security policy, not one based on guesswork and judgment calls.

The only thing I can offer is that you can request a password reset based on the domain name. Even if you don’t have password authentication enabled, you will get an email notification to the associated email address. That may help you identify which account it is.

I would also encourage you to take steps to prevent this from happening again in the future. Saving data on a single device is always risky. Backups and cloud synchronization are invaluable in case something happens to your device. A password manager can help with both of these things, and with keeping track of which accounts you’ve registered where.

Hello,

Thank you for your clarification.

I understand your security policy and that only a valid login with the associated Google account can prove ownership.

Unfortunately, I no longer have access to any of my previous Gmail accounts, and I have forgotten the exact email address used to register this hosting account.

However, I am the original owner of pcf.great-site.net. The website contains my personal photos, name, phone number, and social media links. I also have a screenshot of the FTP account password that was used with this hosting.

If there is absolutely no way to disclose even a partial hint of the registered email address, I understand your policy.

In that case, I would appreciate your confirmation whether there is any final possible step I can take to recover the account, or if it is permanently unrecoverable without the Google login.

Thank you for your time and support.

First of all if you still have the FTP login info, you can instead backup everything with FTP (How to backup your website), and even login to the Control Panel to do some other cleanup tasks like removing the domain for you to use it again with another account.

If however that’s just an old password then the best you can do is probably to request a takedown of that website for privacy violation. Not very optimal, but there aren’t any other ways I could think of.

I forgot my infinity account. I want to recover this account but I also forgot the google account that’s used to create infinity account. If you share the google account then I can recover my account. I don’t have this google account I forgot the google account name. That’s why I can’t login in infinity.

I’m sorry, but my answer remains the same. I cannot disclose the personal information of the owner of a particular website, and without access to the associated Google account, you cannot access the website.

Hello,

I am not requesting the full email address.

I understand that personal information cannot be disclosed.

I am only requesting a small hint to help identify the registered Google account, such as:

- First few characters of the email, or

- Last few characters of the email

I just need a clue so I can try recovering the correct Google account.

I am not asking for the complete email address.

Thank you for your understanding.
