Hey admin, suppose we have domain abc.xyz, hosted in infinityfree, if it does not get 5 hits within time, system will delete the account ? Or not, as it is custom domain? not infinityfree subdomains?
Custom domain or not doesn’t matter, all hosting accounts will get deleted if it’s not active.

All hosting accounts will be deleted if they do not get any traffic.
This applies to all hosting accounts, regardless of whether:
- They have any domains assigned at all.
- They have free subdomains.
- They have custom domains.
- Those custom domains actually point to our servers.
But I should clarify: accounts don’t get deleted right away. At first, they will be suspended, and then you have roughly 20 days to reactivate the account without data loss. So only if your website doesn’t get any traffic, and you don’t check your website in the weeks after to notice it’s down, you don’t check the multiple emails we send you, or just don’t click the big reactivate button, will your account actually be deleted.
