I have removed the screenshot from your post. It contained the full URL of the file manager, which includes the encrypted password of your hosting account. Anyone who copies that URL will have unrestricted access to your website’s files, so definitely do not share that on a public forum.

For those who didn’t see it: it was just a list of files in the htdocs directory, which doesn’t really tell why you’d see a 403 error.
