To be fair, the TOS is a long document, and its only available in English. So it may be difficult for some people.

Please don’t forget that ToS documents can be pretty vague. About adult content specifically, it says this:
You will not use this Site or the Services in a manner (as determined by InfinityFree in its sole and absolute discretion) that:
- Promotes, encourages or engages in pornography or other content deemed adult related;
This is pretty vague about what this actually means content-wise, so I get why you’d want to double check.
While I think that our terms of service is fairly readable, such documents can be pretty dense with legalese and be hard to understand. And that alone might deter people from actually checking the terms unless they are looking for something specific.
There is a reason why “I’ve read and agreed to the terms of service” is referred to as “the biggest lie on the internet”.
