Hosting Account Not Active - Username if0_40351068

Hello InfinityFree Support Team,

I am writing for help with my hosting account, if0_40351068.

My account does not seem to be fully activated. I have uploaded all my files (including index.html) correctly to the main htdocs directory, but my main domain zbjocrfp.infinityfree.com is not loading.

Because the main account domain is not working, my addon domain teset.gt.tc is also not working (even though the client panel dashboard shows that all my files are in the correct location).

I understand there is a 72-hour waiting period for new addon domains, but the main domain (zbjocrfp.infinityfree.com) should be active almost instantly.

Could you please check the status of my account if0_40351068 and see if it is provisioned correctly on the server?

Your main domain will never show a website, it is an internal ID only.

You can view the domains you have connected to your account in the domains section of the client area.

No issue when visiting your addon domain.

I understand there is a 72-hour waiting period for new addon domains…

It isn’t an intentional waiting period, but the time taken DNS propagation. 72 hours is just an average estimate- it’s fully possible for some people to be able to access your site before that.
