Hello InfinityFree Support,

I cannot find my hosting account in my InfinityFree Client Area. It is not listed as Active, Suspended, or Deleted.

My website/domain is:

https://epathashala.infinityfreeapp.com/

I believe this hosting account has disappeared, but I did not intentionally delete it.

Could you please check whether the account still exists or explain what happened? If it cannot be recovered, please let me know if there is any way to restore access to the subdomain or retrieve any information about the account.

Is it possible you have a second acount that it’s linked to?

If its been deleted (due to inactivity or deliberatily) there is no way to bring it back. There are no server side backups.

However, given that your site is still active (although throwing an error) its not been deleted.

If you go to the login page, you can do a password reset with your domain. This will help you find the correct account.

The account in question is fully active, but it’s linked to a different profile than the one you’re posting this from.
