Error Message

Hello InfinityFree Support Team,

I need urgent assistance recovering my hosting account.

My domain is barangaycasantaan.wuaze.com.

My previous hosting username was if0_43364440.

I was able to access my hosting account, File Manager, and database yesterday. However, when I logged in again using Google, my dashboard showed “Create your first account now!” and no hosting accounts or domains were listed.

My domain is still showing the default InfinityFree welcome page, but I cannot access my File Manager. The password recovery page also says that my email/username combination does not match a valid account.

Could you please help me locate and restore access to my previous hosting account? I urgently need to complete my barangay website.

Thank you for your assistance.

Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.

  • Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
  • Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
  • AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
  • Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.

Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look.

The profile you’re logged into now was only created today, about an hour before you posted. So I think signing in with Google made a new, empty members area profile instead of opening the one you used yesterday. That would explain the “Create your first account now!” message.

Which email address or login method did you use to sign in yesterday? Was it a different Google account, or a password login with another email? Try logging out and signing in again with each address you might have used. If your old account is listed under one of them, that’s where it is.

If the account isn’t listed under any profile you have, it may have been deleted. This article explains what that means and what can and can’t be recovered:

since you have the domain, you can do a password reset using the domain.

We cannot provide you with the email on the account though

I checked it, this is exactly it.

The domain exists, and is hosted on the hosting account with the username you mentioned. But it’s linked to a different Google account with a different email address, so that’s why you don’t see it on this profile.
