Hi team,

My website was down earlier and now when I try to access the File Manager, it shows empty (0 items). In the client area Health Check, it says: “Unable to determine directory status - An error occurred while trying to check the directory of your website.”

Also, when connecting via FileZilla, I get the error: 421 Home directory not available - aborting.

Could you please check if there is an issue with this storage volume? Thanks!

Sounds like FTP may not have set up properly (I’m assuming this is a new account?)

Try going into the “control panel” from your dashboard and try again

I just checked your account and it seems to be working fine now.

There was probably some temporary issue rendering your home directory temporarily unavailable, but that has been fixed now.
