The selected custom domain is already in use on InfinityFree.
When I try to manage the SSL certificate for dracuz.in, it also says that the domain was not found on my hosting account.
Other Information
My hosting account is active and the domain nameservers have already been changed at GoDaddy to the InfinityFree nameservers. I have not created another InfinityFree hosting account for this domain.
I would appreciate it if you could check where dracuz.in is currently associated and help me attach it to my active hosting account.
This means, that domain is already in used on any hosting account of InfinityFree, and can only be added in your account once it is removed from that particular account on which it is currently hosted.
If you earlier hosted this domain with InfinityFree and you have forgotten that email then you can go to reset password page, enter domain name and click on send password and follow the instructions, log on to account with that credentials and remove your domain from account to add in account you want.
If you don’t have access , then request Admin to remove from that account. Best thing would be wait for Admin to remove the domain from your account if you want to remove it from there.
After adding, you can simply request for new SSL Certificate
I just checked, and it looks like the domain was already in use on your existing hosting account. But it looks like something went wrong and the domain wasn’t correctly tracked in the client area.
I synced the domain list of your account and now the domain is there.
