Here is a problem with DNS registration for SPF and MX

I have a subdomain website and I tried using improvmx by adding DNS to SPF and MX, but they were rejected.
Even though I did this a year ago on the subdomain website as well, and it works fine.
Is there anything new that has happened?

Why? Do you have the error?

Please clarify. Can you write clearly?

I think this picture says it all.

In short, I can’t add an MX Record or an SPF Record, and I want to add them. I can’t link the site address to ImprovMX. I hope you can use the email address of the site’s domain.

For your information, I did this on another subdomain a year ago, and it’s working perfectly so far. That’s what prompted me to ask this question.

If you read clearly, the answer is there

Sub-subdomain is no longer supported on free hosting

especially this

sub sub domains were never meant to work. I think before it only worked due to a bug

It used to be that the subdomain an account was created with counted as an addon domain. This allowed you to use MX and SPF records on it, but it was also a bug and completely unintentional. This behavior was fixed earlier this year. And yes as the others have mentioned, sub-subdomains were never meant to be possible at all, and are no longer supported in any capacity.
