Note that you cannot access FTP nor the databases while your account is suspended. Also, no one on the forum will be able to help you, so please request a backup or account re-activation from the support ticket.
Also, it is your responsibility to always have a backup, it is not InfinityFree’s responsibility to provide your one.

Then you don’t need to write something that is not given when you want to ask for backups, for nothing
I don’t need our help, you will innocently suspend accounts, even if it’s our fault, it makes it look like you did it on purpose, you don’t open our site, you don’t even answer

so what can I say, the web files that I worked on for 3 years were closed because of the ridiculous files my friend sent me. 
Once again, it is your responsibility to always have a backup of your files.
Admin will take a closer look at your account when he comes online, but ultimately, it is not up to him if you get a backup or not. Note that is sometimes can take 24 hours before you get a response from a support ticket, so you may want to check for a response tomorrow.

I checked your account and I think I understand what happened.
Your account was suspended once, you sent a ticket about it, your account was reactivated but a number of files were removed with the message that you could not host them on free hosting.
Yet one and a half hour later, those same files were back. And all tickets after that were just discarded.
I can get your account reactivated, but you must remove those files and never upload them again.
We’re happy to host your website, but if we tell you that we cannot host something, then don’t upload those files to our servers. And if you won’t follow our instructions, we cannot host your website.

Actually, I was trying to understand why it was closed there and this was a lesson for me, I’m sorry I will not upload such files to my site again.

Hello again, my infintyfree account is still inactive or will it not come? I couldn’t get full information, I’m writing this article for my customers connected to my mysql database on my site, they’re all because of me, I can’t enter their site and all this was just out of curiosity @Admin

Your account is being reactivated right now.
Please understand that I’m generally only here once per day, so my replies will take a bit longer than support tickets usually do. This is an exception.
Because depending on the reason, the contents of suspended accounts may be harmful and we don’t want you to just upload those contents elsewhere.
That’s not the case with your website, but a suspension is a suspension, and a suspension locks everything down.

I got a whole heck of a chunk of advice that will save your life.
Us programmers have a saying (ok maybe not, but it is in silent agreement):
Always, ALWAYS save a backup
Well, save it somewhere else. Saving a backup on your hard drive in a separate folder is ok if something happens to the original folder, but what good is it if your entire hard drive fails?
Make sure you make backups (the more, the better! In statistics class they gave me an example of how significant the chances of hard drive backups failing decrease the more hard drives you store the backups on. The same applies to file/folder/project backups) on separate physical storage methods (so store it on separate USB’s, hard drives/SSDs, cloud storage services, although the latter oftentimes make backups of your content themselves). That way, you can be sure to be safe from problems like these.

I’m thinking of backing up, but I don’t have time right now, I’ll backup as soon as possible, you can be sure of that
