I’m sorry but there’s nothing anyone on the forum (including Admin) can do. You’ll have to either wait out the full time or send a direct ticket depending on the suspension type.

If you’ve got a backup (which you really should) you could set up another hosting account and upload there.

If it’s a permanent suspension, you’ll be given the option in a dashboard.
If it’s a 24 hour suspension then you just have to wait
the problem is that i have my exam tomorrow and it won’t be activated again by the time of my exam
There’s nothing we can do unfortunately.
Not even admin can end a suspension early
Hopefully you can take take this as a lesson to always have a backup of your files!
