I am using the free InfinityFree subdomain (infy.uk). The site sometimes loads normally in my region, but it seems inaccessible from Canada or certain networks.
If anyone from Canada or nearby regions can test the website and confirm whether it opens or shows the same SSL protocol error, it would help identify whether the issue is related to SSL configuration, regional network restrictions, or InfinityFree’s SSL setup.
I can tell you that there is nothing wrong with the domain name or the SSL setup. It has a valid SSL certificate setup which is fully working, which you know yourself since you can access it. There is no reason for it to work differently based on different regions, and we’re definitely not geo-blocking entire countries.
The best explanation I have for this error is that something is blocking the connection between those users in Canada and your website. Like a security filter on their end, either from their ISP, network operator or maybe any antivirus software they may be using.
Do you know anything else about those users in Canada? Do they use a specific network or a particular ISP? Do they experience the issue on different devices and networks as well?
