Yandex cannot index site dut to error 403

Website URL (please specify the URL of the site on which you are experiencing the problem) Error Message 403 Forbidden Other Information Various bots of Yandex search system cannot index any page of my site due to error 403 (Forbidden). I cannot change any settings related to that, because I don’t have them. So the problem is in the hosting settings, obviously. How can it be solved?

The Yandex crawler is blocked from accessing our servers because the crawler is very aggressive and causes high server load, but not that much legitimate traffic is coming through Yandex.
