Thanks KangJL, this is my cloudflare logs. You see my site have good traffic, only 500 –> 600 unique vistor per day and I still upgrade my site day after day and today I can’t login to FTP to edit some file. I wanna know why it’s got suppend

The support staffs work in UK so it’s like 5 AM for them right now.
They probably aren’t even awake now, but rest assured that if you haven’t done anything too nasty, your ticket will get a reply eventually.

They reply to tickets based on order of submission (oldest-newest). There is probably a queue of tickets that they need to get through before getting to yours. Unfortunately, there is no telling how long it will take, but they will reply eventually.

Not only for anti bot crawler but also I use it for anti right click –> view source. And thank God, they reactive my account

That’s not really stopping anyone, all modern browsers provide ways to view source that don’t rely on the right click menu. Also, unless you are adding your own custom right click menu with application-specific commands, there is no need to mess with it at all.
