I was try to upload the files for wowonder im about to be finished but suddenly the .htaccess file disappear maybe its due to the limit is their anyway to make the code short ill provide the code below.

You should be doing all those redirections that include GET params in PHP, not htacces.

Also, instead of manually removing the php extension for some pages, just write a global rule to do it for every one.

Your file probably is too big, what exactly is its size?

If I save the contents shared here to a text file, I get a file that’s almost 13 kB. Which is more than the 10 kB size limit we have on .htaccess files.

Like @Greenreader9 says, handling all the pretty URLs with a long list of .htaccess is bad practice, because this should be done through PHP instead. But if this is how WoWonder works, then you’re stuck with it.

You may be able to get the size down by removing some clearly useless rules.

Basically everything after the last RewriteRule (which says RewriteRule ^([^\/]+)(\/|)$ index.php?link1=timeline&u=$1 [QSA]) is pretty pointless. Maybe the bit between the ## EXPIRES CACHING ## lines may work, but everything else just has no effect on our hosting.

That said, WoWonder is software that costs at least $120 for a license. If you paid for that license, you may want to consider paying something for suitable hosting too. And if you didn’t pay for it, then please know that pirated software is illegal and therefore strictly forbidden on our hosting.
