Help i cant connect to through FTP to my server

i have filled up the login window with info i have in FTP details (password and user is correct) but it still refuses to log me in

Please note that our FTP hostname is ftpupload.net. If you just enter your website name in the FTP hostname field, it will not work, because your website and the FTP server are not located on the same IP address.
