unfortunately google captcha plugin is not worked on my wp-admin panel for my uncompleted site i request to you please delete this plugin or remove my account i will recreate the my page as same.

Why can’t you delete the plugin yourself? If the plugin is corrupted and you can’t enter the admin panel, you can still delete the plugin by hand by removing the folder of the specific plugin from the htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ folder.
