Help! Can't access Opencart admin panel after installation

Recently we changed our hosting from a diferent place to here, because of the slow speed that we had there. We don’t want to transfer the website, because it was not developed.
I install the OpenCart with the Softaculous here. When I try to enter the website it shows the hosting page. But when I try to enter the admin panel it shows a large page with errors.

When I tried to install Wordpress it was ok.

OpenCart (or at least your OpenCart) installation is trying to store it’s file outside the directory of your website. However, applications on your website are not allowed to access files outside the website directory for security reasons.

In other words, I’m not sure you can host OpenCart on free hosting.

It was on free hosting and installed also with Softaculous, but the speed was really really slow, so that’s the reason we decided to switch here. Just to understand better - it’s trying to store it outside of your server? It’s the same thing when I try to install it with “/home”
Because we switched today and maybe there’s something that we missed like setting or something. The DNS servers are changed and we want to start over, not to transfer the database.

Well, the error message implies that OpenCart tries to load stuff from the folder called flam outside the htdocs folder. But that’s not possible for security reasons (with an open_basedir restriction, like the error message says). I checked the Softaculous wizard, but they require a special data directory outside the web accessible directory for OpenCart as wel. Which again, is not supported on InfinityFree.

You should try either AbanteCart or PrestaShop then. They’re both great stores and they work very well here.

Thank you very very much for the time and everything. We switched to Presta and it’s much much better.
