Hello, my InfinityFree account if0_39676858 (IP: 185.27.134.11) is active but I cannot access my files.

  • File Manager shows: “File Manager Access Failed”

  • FTP (FileZilla) says connection failed

  • I reset the password, tried passive/active mode, VPN, and direct IP, but nothing works

  • Other InfinityFree accounts work fine

Please check the FTP server for this account.

The file manager is having issues, but FTP access should just work (it’s actually the recommended workaround).

The File Manager Access Failed means that the file manager is unable to access your account.

I just tried to login to your FTP account myself and that worked just fine. The file manager didn’t work right away, but when I synchronized the password to the hosting platform, that worked too (changing your hosting account password would also have worked).


The FTP connection failed issue sounds like it could be something else. If you would like us to help with that, could you please share the connection logs from FileZilla?
