How did you create the file? If you copied it from an LLM or somewhere online, it may not be complete or functional.

If you are copy-pasting folders (presumably from a compressed archive) to htdocs folder, you will access your site (the pasted one) to http://quranrull.rf.gd/ColibriSM/ and http://quranrull.rf.gd/Documentation/ based on your screenshot. Your htdocs root has no index file, so your base URL will not be accessible.

I am unfamiliar with ColibriSM but if this software runs any built-in chat-like function or websockets it will unlikely run as this is not supported on free accounts.
