I created a database in the InfinityFree control panel.

(I used the correct hostname, username, password, and database name as provided.

But when I try to connect (via PHP and via MySQL client), I always get the error above.

I double-checked the credentials, but the issue persists. Please check if there is a problem with MySQL host sql104.infinityfree.com.)

I have checked your configuration file and I can tell you your password definitely doesn’t match.

Please check the password of your hosting account in the client area. Note that this password is different from your client area password.

I corrected the password but the site won’t open. There’s something wrong with the DNS and I can’t confirm if the file worked or not.

I just checked your website and I see the issue. I think you made a typo in the domain name.

If you check the client area, you will see that your website is actually located at https://worledoflearning.kesug.com/ . The domain worldoflearning.kesug.com is not actually in use right now.

To fix this, you can add the domain name worldoflearning.kesug.com to your hosting account, and then move your website files to the new folder:
