In the future, please read the terms of service of websites you sign up for. You are legally bound to everything in there, and they very often tell you what you can’t host on their platform (InfinityFree explicitly mentions adult content in their terms for example)

Well, let’s be honest, most people don’t actually read the terms of service when they check the “I’ve read and agreed to the terms of service” box.
But if you want to know whether specific content is against the terms, the simplest way to find out is to actually check the terms. You don’t even need to read them in their entirely, just searching the page for keywords like “porn” and “adult” would have pointed you straight to the relevant sections.
