I have other website that I installed fine using Google Trust but this one not , I want to make sure if the problem is not because of the subdomain 42web.io because my other website uses other subdomains

Hey there, Try installing Lets encrypt certificate. You’ll get Googletrust instead of Let’s encrypt.

I’ve tested it on one of my websites, and it worked perfectly.

Thanks I tried it as the first option but infinityfree dosen’t provide Lets encrypt for free subdomains

It seems like you’ve already installed a certificate on it.

Try deleting it and installing a new one with google trust.

Yeah actually I tried Googles one for an hour before GoGetSSL and it didnt work

I’ve tried to install one for my website as well, and I got the same error. which means there’s a system issue with it.

There was a system error between the client area and the system we use to perform the DNS validation. That system has been fixed now, and I have some changes planned to help prevent these issues from happening again.
