The system tells you exactly what to do. Just click the certificate and follow the instructions on screen.
Ordering new SSL certificates is working just fine. And what you’re seeing is completely normal. I don’t know what makes you say that there is a problem now, because the steps you need to take now are the same as the steps you took all the other times you requested SSL certificates.
Action Required means the certificate is NOT ready yet. If it was, it would say “Issued”.
I tried again today and it worked fine, I have no clue why it didn’t the other day. The time it didn’t work the progress bar never moved, it just sat there like it was stuck or something. Thanks for the reply etc.
