Google Ads Account suspended after renewing free SSL certificate

I got an email notification that my site’s certificate is about to expire soon and I issued a new certificate. It looked normal and my site loads via HTTPS.
A few days after that, my Google Ads account got suspended due to Circumventing systems and Compromised site. Yet I don’t see anything wrong with the website and it’s a genuine website with no intent for any bad behavior.

Now the only option I have is to appeal but I have no idea what the issue is in order to fix it before appealing.

Has anyone else encountered something similar? Any advice would be helpful

I haven’t heard of any issues like that before. But I would be very surprised if renewing an SSL certificate would cause Google to flag your site. Especially given that those certificates are usually issued by Let’s Encrypt (the most popular SSL provider in the world) or Google Trust (a different branch of their own company), and short lived certificates are basically the standard nowadays.
