I added one line of code to the file index.php and am now getting this error when trying to upload the updated version of the file from my PC. What is causing this error?

What’s causing this error are bugs with the latest version of the file manager. A solution is being worked on. In the mean time, we recommend using a desktop FTP client like FileZilla.
