Hello . I am unable to upload file to ftp.
Just starting upload connection fall with error as screencast

hello, it does not return any certificate errors, it connects but then randomly disconnects during the transfer. even trying to upload from the panel

Two things to note here:

  • The error message at the top means the connection was closed. This happens because the “main” FTP connection is closed by the server for inactivity. This is normal and, as you can see at the bottom of the screen, doesn’t affect ongoing file transfers (because those use separate connections which are not interrupted). You can even just reconnect to the server and it will not interrupt your transfers.
  • There is a file size limit of 10 MB on our hosting. So you cannot upload these big zip files here. If you want to install PrestaShop, you can either extract the archive on your own computer and upload the extracted files, or you can just install it with Softaculous.
