Hello,
I am experiencing an issue while uploading files to my InfinityFree hosting account. I keep getting the error:
“Either your FTP account quota has been exceeded, or the file upload was blocked by security.”
I have checked my file manager, and there are no large files taking up space. I also ensured that the file type is allowed.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
EchoPlay
It is a bug from the file manager, @EchoPlay . Sometimes, the file manager emits an error like this even though the quota limit has not been hit yet. You can safely ignore the error.

Also worth making sure your files are within the size limit allowed:
Sometimes, when you upload a file, the upload is completed but the file is deleted immediately afterwards. This is usually caused by one of the following issues:
The file is not in a htdocs folder
All websites files must be uploaded to either the main htdocs folder, or to the domain specific htdocs folder (like example.com/htdocs).
You cannot upload files to other directories on your account. If you try to create or upload files anywhere else, they will be deleted automatically.
The file type…
Would cause them to be deleted rathe than this error being displayed, but worth remembering when having problems with files
