Having FTP issues. At first it was saying that it would not allow me to login.
Now it is saying the connection has timed out.
I’ve tried using ftp.epiz.com, ftpupload.net and even the IP address. I CAN ping it but CANNOT connect with either FileZilla nor SmartFTP.
Is the server down?

That’s strange, because it should be the other way around. Our server should allow FTP connections, but they block ping.
Are you sure you’re using the right FTP server IP? The IP address of our FTP server is 185.27.134.11.
