FTP still not working

MY FTP still doesn’t work after the pinned post about the system issue got removed. MonstaFTP, the file manager in cPanel and my FTP program all give an error when trying to save a file I modified.

Edit: Nevermind, I had only tried to edit the default “index2.html” file. You can’t change this file?
By the way, the default index tries to load a google font (Grand Hotel) from a “http” link, so Google Chrome says that it’s an unsafe script and doesn’t load it unless you click on “Load unsafe scripts”.

The files created by default can be removed, but not edited. If you want to upload your own HTML file, you can just upload a file with the name “index.html” and it will be displayed instead.
